As a university administrator, English coach, academic editor, researcher, and content creator, I spend most of my time helping people speak clearly, write purposefully, and understand language better, whether for exams, academic work, public presentations, or everyday use.
My approach is grounded in clarity, curiosity, and care not just ticking boxes, but helping people build confidence through language.
